Fully prepared frozen product, ready to consume. Homogeneous and pasteurised mixture with a third (1/3) of pure horchata.

How to consume: To get the most flavor and pleasure out of your Runakay icecream, take it out of the freezer a few minutes before consumption. It should be consumed between – 12 to -14 ºC.

Storage conditions: Store at -18 C°. Temperature should be continuously monitored during storage and distribution. Temperature control in commercial displays (showcases) by salespersons.
Shelf life: One and a half years, as stated in th e storage conditions.
