Completely prepared product, frozen, ready to consume. Formed by a homogeneous and pasteurized mixture of only one third (1/3) of the horchata and the following ingredients.
Ice cream: tigernut milk*, sucrose*, maltodextrin*, dextrose*, inulin* and natural stabilizers (carob seed flour, carrageenan). (*ingredients from organic farming).
Paste (4% approx.): cocoa mass*, sugar*, cocoa butter*, sunflower oil*, emulsifier (soy lecithin*).

How to consume: To get the most flavor and pleasure out of your Runakay icecream, take it out of the freezer a few minutes before consumption. It should be consumed between – 12 to -14 ºC.

Storage conditions: Store at -18 C°. Temperature should be continuously monitored during storage and distribution. Temperature control in commercial displays (showcases) by salespersons.
Shelf life: One and a half years, as stated in th e storage conditions.
