Tigernut Ice Cream Stick

Fully prepared, frozen and ready-to-eat product. It consists of an homogeneous and pasteurized mixture of only one third (1/3) of tigernut milk and the following ingredients.


Ice cream: tigernut milk* 65%, sucrose*, maltodextrin*, dextrose*, inulin* and natural stabilizers (locust bean gum, carrageenan*). (*ingredients from organic farming).
Chocolate coating (20%): cocoa paste*, sugar*, cocoa butter*, sunflower oil*, emulsifier (soja lecithin*). (*ingredients from organic farming)

How to consume: To get the most flavor and pleasure out of your Runakay icecream, take it out of the freezer a few minutes before consumption. It should be consumed between – 12 to -14 ºC.

Storage conditions: Store at -18 C°. Temperature should be continuously monitored during storage and distribution. Temperature control in commercial displays (showcases) by salespersons.

Shelf life: One and a half years, as stated in the storage conditions.
